• How do I set up the P2B app?

  For now, P2B has an app only for Android; you can download it.

• How to set Google Authenticator (2FA)?

  1. Go to your [Account] page.

  2. Click on [Google Authenticator]

  

  3. Download Google Authenticator on Play Store or App Store. (if downloaded, skip this part)

  4. On P2B you will see a QR code or code.

  

  5. In your device, open Google Authenticator and click the plus button. After choosing a code or QR code, type a code or scan via the camera QR code.

  

  6. In your Google Authenticator app will appear next: p2b (your email). That will be your 2FA on P2B.

  7. On P2B click the [Next] button.

  

  8. Type your password and 2FA Code and click the [Submit] button.

  

   

  Now your account is secured and you can use API.

• I didn’t receive the verification code to sign in

  If you didn't receive a verification email, try to do next: 

  1. Check your spam folder for the email with the verification code 
     
     
  2. Whitelist the email address do-not-reply@p2pb2b.com and try again

  If you’ve tried both of these steps and you still haven’t received the verification email, please send us a support request from the email address you registered with us, and include as many details as possible, including your order ID. Please note you can expect to hear back from us within 24 hours.

• I've lost my 2FA. What should I do?

  You need to contact us:

  We will need for 2FA reset next: 

  1. Up-to-date photos of the document used to pass KYC verification. (If you've completed KYC)

  2. Your selfie where you are holding the same document and a note with the current date and "P2B" words. (If you've completed KYC)

  3. Screenshot of your transactions to P2B (from your external personal wallet used for P2B deposits) or at least the hash of the transaction. (If you have it)

   

• I forgot my password. What should I do?

  1. You need to type your P2B account (email).

  

  2. When you've typed your email, click Reset Password.

  3. Check your email inbox, find the "Reset Password Notification" email from P2B.

  

  4. Click the "Reset password" button or use link below

  5. You will redirected to password reset page, enter your account (email) and new password.

  

   

  • Your password must contain at least 8 characters, including one uppercase letter (A; B), one lowercase letter (a; b), one number (1, 2, 3), and a special character ( !@#$%^&*() ).
• How to Complete Identity Verification (KYC)?

  Where can I get my account verified on the P2B website?

  You can access the Identity Verification (KYC) from [Profile].

  

  Then, click [KYC Verification].

  

   

  How to complete Identity Verification on the P2B website?

  1. On [KYC Verefication] page (how to reach that page described above) click [Start Verification].

  

  2. Choose your document. For KYC, you can use National Identity Card (National ID), passport, driver's license, or residence permit.

  4.1. If you click the [click here] button, you will see a window with the [Get secure link] button. Click it. (If you have already taken a selfie (photo of your face), go to step 5).

  

  4.2 After that, you can get your secure link to your device with a camera, use a QR code, copy a link, or get a link via SMS.

  

  4.3 In your device, you will see this; click the [Continue] button.

  

  4.4 Next, you will see recommendations for a selfie.

  

  4.5 You will need to take a selfie. Make sure that your device browser has camera access/permission. To find how to enable it, search next: [Your device] [Your browser] camera permission how to enable.

  4.6 After that, you can return to the [KYC Verification] page after that.

  5. When you've done with your selfie, you will see this window and click the [Submit verification] button.

  

  6. You will see a time with the ETA of your KYC result.

  

  7. If your KYC verification was successful, you will see this.

  

  If your KYC verification isn't successful, you will see this: "You can learn below how to pass KYC the second time."

  

  How to complete Identity Verification for the second time?

  If your first verification is unsuccessful, you can complete it again.

  1. Click [Try again, restart verification].

  2. Fill all required fields (marked by *).

  
  

  

  3. Then, you will need to upload your document photos, choose the document and upload or take photos of it. 

  

  4. Next, you must take a photo of your face. You can't upload it.

  You can authorize to exchange with a device that has a camera, and then you can take photos.

  5. After that, your data and photos will be sent to us for verification, which can take up to 48 hours.

• How to Deposit Crypto to P2B?

  If you own crypto on other platforms or wallets, you can transfer them to P2B for trading, earning, purchases, etc.
  
  How to deposit crypto on P2B?

  1. Log in to your P2B account and tap [Deposit].

  

  2. Choose your cryptocurrency.

  

  3. Choose the network of your currency (if required).

  Some examples of network selection:

  • BNB refers to the BNB Beacon Chain (BEP2);
  • BSC refers to the BNB Smart Chain (BEP20);
  • ETH refers to the Ethereum network (ERC20);
  • TRX refers to the TRON network (TRC20);
  • BTC refers to the Bitcoin network;
  • ALGORAND refers to the Algorand network;
  • POLYGON refers to the Polygon network;

  For specific networks, including BEP2, EOS, and Stellar you must fill in the Memo when making a transfer, or your address cannot be detected.

  

  4. You will see a deposit address.

  The deposit address of the asset you’re depositing must be the same as the one shown here, or your assets might be lost.

   

  You can also copy, get a QR code version or renew your address.

  

  5. After confirming the deposit request, the transfer will be processed. The funds will be credited to your P2B account shortly after.

  Frequent Asked Questions about Deposit

  Why hasn't my Deposit arrived?

  • Be sure that deposit from your external wallet/exchange was successful on the platform and explorer;
  • Make sure that your deposit address is correct on the platform and explorer;
  • Check the contract of your coin and make sure that P2B supports it. Guide;
  • Be sure that deposit was made on the correct network.

  I have deposited to the wrong address/blockchain. What do I suppose to do?

  If you've deposited to the wrong address and this is an address from P2B, contact us. Also, if you've deposited to the wrong network and P2B supports your coin/token in the deposited network, contact us, and we will credit your deposit.

  What are crypto deposit fees?

  Usually, there is no fee for a deposit. But some coins can have a deposit fee due to their smart contracts or blockchain. You can check fees here https://p2pb2b.com/fee-schedule/ or on the deposit page.

  P2B doesn't support my deposited coin. What do I suppose to do?

  If your coin isn't supported by P2B (another smart contract, another network), contact us, and we will return it to your address.

• How to Withdraw from P2B?

  1. Go to your [Balance].

  2. Make sure that your funds are in Main Account. If not, check your Trade Account and transfer them to the Main Account.

  

  3. Select your currency for withdrawal or select on [Withdraw] page.

  4. Choose wisely your network for withdrawal and enter your address for withdrawal.

  Note: you can't withdraw directly to the P2B account address.

  

  5. Click the [Submit] button. And enter your Google 2FA code (if required).

  6. Check your email and check the amount and address wisely before confirmation.

  

  7. After you've confirmed, wait for withdrawal. You can track your withdrawal on the [Transaction history] page.

  

  Note: Withdrawal can take up to 24 hours. Withdrawal from the cold wallet can take up to 36 hours.

  Frequently Asked Questions about Withdrawal

  Why can withdrawal take so long?

  Withdrawal depends on the amount and blockchain. Usually, a TxID (Transaction ID/Hash) will be generated within 45-60 minutes, indicating that P2B has successfully broadcasted the withdrawal transaction. However, it may take some time to confirm that particular transaction and even longer for the funds to be credited into the destination wallet. The amount of required "network confirmations" varies for different blockchains.

  My withdrawal was successful on P2B, but I didn't receive an amount. What do I suppose to do?

  • Be sure that withdrawal was successful on P2B. If it was canceled or unsuccessful, please contact us;
  • Try to contact destination address support;
  • Double-check the withdrawal address.

  Why was my withdrawal canceled?

  Withdrawal can be canceled by blockchain error or user request. In that case, you will receive your funds back in your Main Account with a fee.

  What are crypto withdrawal fees?

  Withdrawal transactions to crypto addresses outside P2B typically incur a “transaction fee” or "network fee." This fee is not paid to P2B but miners or validators, who are responsible for processing the transactions and securing the respective blockchain network. P2B must pay these fees to miners to ensure that transactions are processed. Since transaction fees are dynamic, you will be charged according to the current network conditions. The fee amount is based on an estimate of the network transaction fees and can fluctuate without notice due to factors such as network congestion.   How to cancel my withdrawal?

  If you want to cancel your withdrawal, just contact us.

  How to increase the withdrawal limit?

  Accounts without passed KYC can withdraw 1000 in USD equivalent per day. To remove that limit, you need to pass KYC. Guide.

• Why hasn’t my Withdrawal arrived?

  I’ve withdrawn from P2B to another exchange/wallet, but I haven’t received my funds yet.
  

  Transferring funds from your P2B account to another exchange/wallet involves three steps:

  • Withdrawal request on P2B;
  • Blockchain network confirmation;
  • Deposit/transfer on the corresponding platform;

  Typically, a TxID/Hash (Transaction ID/Hash) will be generated within 30-60 minutes, indicating that P2B has successfully broadcasted the withdrawal transaction.

   

  However, it might still take some time for that particular transaction to be confirmed and even longer for the funds to be credited into the destination wallet. The amount of required “network confirmations” varies for different blockchains. That is why it can take up to 24 or 36 hours.

• How to Trade on P2B?

  1) Deposit your currency. Guide.

  2) Transfer your coins/tokens from the main to the trade account. You can do it on [Balance] page.

  

  

  3) After that, your funds will be available for trading.

  4) You can choose Limit and Market order.

  Limit order - A limit order is an order to buy or sell a security at a specific price or better.

  Market order - an order to buy or sell a security immediately. This type of order guarantees that the order will be executed but does not guarantee the execution price.

  5) Once you've done with trading, you can transfer funds to the main balance for Launchpad or withdrawal. You can do it on the [Balance] page.

  

  

   

• How to buy tokens on IEO?

  1) Log in to your P2B account.
  2) Deposit your funds for purchase. Guide.

  3) Go to the IEO page.

  

  4) Choose one of the Active Token Sales.

  

  5) Enter the amount of purchase and agree with the conditions.

  6) After that, you will receive tokens. You can see when the token will be listed and a payout date.

• When will I receive tokens from IEO?

  You can check the payout date of your tokens next way:

  1. Go to [IEO] page

  2. Find your token.

  3. You can check in roadmap step 4, this is payout day.
